Q. How do I order?

A. You can email me, phone or fax.

Q. How do I pay?

A. You can pay by direct deposit. Please request banking details when ordering. OR, you can pay by credit card over the phone or by sending your details.

Q. How long does it take for delivery?

A. As all products are hand made once your order is confirmed, delivery can be two to three weeks.

Q. How much is postage?

A. Within Australia we use Express Post which is $7.20, Padded bag mailing is used for small items & letter rate of $2 for very small & light items.

Q. If I buy a gift for someone else will it be gift wrapped?

A. Yes, it will beautifully gift wrapped and then securely packed for shipping.

Q. Do you send collars overseas?

A. Yes I do. Overseas shipping costs will be quoted at time of order before confirmation.

Q. Where else can I see your items?

A. At the Esplande Market, St.Kilda every Sunday from 10am to 4pm.

Q . What happens if I choose incorrectly?

A. We are happy to exchangean iten if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. You will be required to pay for postage.
